Welcome to our info and homes for sale in the Eastside neighborhood page. Santa Barbara’s Eastside is the area East of State Street and below the Lower Riviera. Technically, the Eastside is split into the lower Eastside, which is west of Milpas, and the Eastside, which is east of Milpas. For our chat today, we are combining both areas.
The eastside is among the most affordable neighborhoods in Santa Barbara. Many of the homes are on the smallish side with compact lots and were built before 1960.
