Meet Wes.

A California native, Weston Rowan grew up right down the coast in San Clemente and has been a Santa Barbara local for the past five years.

“My first impression of Santa Barbara was just how similar it felt to my home. I was lucky enough to compete as a swimmer at UCSB for my whole 4 years and made so many lifelong friends in the process.

What piqued my interest in real estate from a young age was my parents, a husband and wife team down in San Clemente. I helped them out in my high school years and was constantly exposed to how this world operated.

Understanding how big of a financial decision a real estate transaction is for people made me realize the value of having a trustworthy advisor during that process.

One of my top priorities was to love who I worked with every day and as soon as I met The SB Group, I knew things were aligning. I am so grateful to be joining this team.

I’m very passionate about serving our clients at the highest possible level no matter what their situation might be and I can’t wait for what the future holds!”
